Low Grade Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma

Abstract

|
Endometrial stromal sarcoma is a rare malignancy of the uterine corpus representing a wide spectrum of neoplasia.
Low grade stromal sarcoma is characferized histologically by a proliferation of cells resembling thoses of the endometrial stroma with fewer than 10 mitoses per 10 HPF. It usually follows an indolent course and has a low mortality rate when
treated.
A case of low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma was presented with a review of liferatures.
